'NICU beads' mark milestones for preemies and their parents

About 10 percent of babies around the world are born prematurely, and the long days they spend in the NICU (neo-natal intensive care unit) can be stressful for their moms and dads. Nurse Jodi Dolezel saw that parents needed something positive to hold onto, so she created the NICU Journey Beads program.
